The first readable one is in the first carriage you reach (not counting the starting one). The collectible is hidden in a small room that can be accessed from the main hallway - just turn left.

The second and final collectible in this location can be found in the second carriage. Take the second passageway that leads to the right (standing in the hallway next to the left side of the van). There you can find a readable one .
Readable # 76 - Blitzmensch Fraulein Fox reveals everything
The only readable thing that can be collected before riding in the elevator.
The first and only item you can get before you get to the hangar. The file can be found in one of the control rooms, next to the place where you will receive from the train.
Readable #77 - Lutz Meyer Research Note
You can find this book by taking the elevator to the hangar. This collectible is located on the ground floor, in a small room located to the east.
Readable # 78 - Frankie's Postcard
This readable one is located on the ground floor, which you will reach using an elevator. The item is located in the northern part of the floor, in a room full of various consoles and electronics.
Readable # 79 - Vollrath Brotz's email
This book can be found shortly after you enter a room with two commanders (one of them is a few meters away from you). What is readable is hidden under the desktop.

This file is located next to the previous one, a few meters from the first commander of this location. The letter is on one of the tables, between the consoles.
